Tiers

EDN has four tiers across two ladders:
  • Personal ladder: Free and Pro, for single users.
  • Business ladder: Team and Enterprise, for multi-user workspaces.
A new account starts on a free trial that runs for 14 days. Pro, Team, and Enterprise are the paid tiers. For current pricing, see tensorpro.ai/pricing.

Tier-based usage

Your tier sets usage limits, such as your requests-per-minute allowance and your daily ingest and SIP build caps. These limits are an abuse guard, not a performance lever: they do not change how fast EDN responds. For the exact numbers per tier, see Errors and rate limits. Some Console areas are gated by tier. API keys and usage are available from Pro upwards, and some areas are for the Business ladder.

Rolling out

Billing and Team management are still rolling out in the Console. Until they land, tier changes and team features are handled outside those screens. See Billing and Team management.
